This group is led by CLE's Clinical Director, Rich Blue .  It was created to give pastors a safe place to support one another and work on issues related to personal and spiritual growth.  The group addresses the unique concerns that anyone in spiritual leadership faces, including working with staff, boards and parishioners as well as the ongoing stresses of being in the ministry and avoiding burnout.  The Pastors Group meets every other Thursday morning  7:30 - 9 am and is actively seeking pastors who are committed to their own personal growth.  Contact Christina at (847) 272-3684 ext. 10 for more information.
