Rich Blue, M.A., LCPC, NCC,
Founder and Clinical Director, is a Licensed Clinical
Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience.
Rich first placed his faith in Jesus Christ in 1972.
He joined the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ where
he served for seven years and later became Campus Director
at Northwestern University. It was through this ministry
that Rich first discovered his love for counseling.
Known for his insight, compassion and a no-nonsense
approach to therapy, Rich believes that Christ has infinite
love for all and each of us can be a vehicle for his
love. As an avid athlete, he believes in competition,
which brings joy and aliveness as the result of living
life with dedication, purpose and passion. Rich and
his wife, Sue, have been married over 27 years and have
two children, a married daughter and a son in college.

Nancy Rollins, M.S., LCPC, NCC
is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who
has worked for over 35
years in the Mental Health field. She was also on staff with Campus
Crusade for Christ for 4 years serving the
college ministry. She brings compassion, understanding and
expertise along with vast life experiences to her
work. Special areas of interest for Nancy include assisting people who
are dealing with life changes, loss,
transitions, marital, relational challenges, and parenting concerns. Nancy is
also an accomplished marathon
runner, having run 53 marathons. Nancy started the CLE
Running/Walking Club in 2002 where clients are
learning how to use exercise and fitness as a metaphor for their personal growth. She also has a
passion for
supporting moms and started the Mom’s Group in 2003 to empower moms to live
grounded, balanced and
nourishing lives. Nancy and
her husband, Carle, have been married for over 20 years and have two sons.

Gabriela Caballero Cantú, M.A.,
LPC
is a therapist who received her Master’s degree
from Loyola University.
She is a trusted counselor
who enjoys seeing and cultivating the God-given
potential in all people. She has an
interest in
supporting women and has strong and effective connection
with men. Gabriela, who is bilingual, has
a heart
for people that struggle with issues of cultural
identity which includes maintaining a sense of self
and
integrating living in the United Sates, assisting
couples with transitioning from singleness to married
life, and
supporting blended families to navigate
the waters towards community – moving from
the yours and mine to
ours. In addition, she has
experience working with the foster care system.
She and her husband, Gerardo, have
four children.

Matt Eaton, M.A. received his
Master’s degree from Colorado Christian University.
He believes in the words of St.
Irenaeus that “the glory of God is man fully alive” and is
passionate about promoting life transformation in
himself
as well as others. He served 4 years active duty as a behavioral
scientist in the Air Force where he was recognized
for his outstanding contributions as a leader. He currently serves as a
chaplain candidate in the Air Force
Reserves and a divinity student at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. His areas
of expertise include supporting
others to overcome depression, sexual addiction, struggles unique to men, teens and
military personnel,
premarital counseling and spiritual transformation. He and his wife Jennifer have been
married 6 years and have
two wonderful, young daughters.

Accomplishment Coach and Office
Manager, Christina
Norman, was
raised in Illinois
and moved away to pursue
the sun and fun in San
Diego. She spent
12 years in California where
she met her
husband, Chuck, and owned her own
professional
organizing company.
Returning to the Chicago area, she joined
CLE in April of 2003.
As an Accomplishment Coach,
Christina will get you to do what you don't want to
do, so you can become the person you want to be.
She specializes in supporting women business owners
and managers in being more productive and
self-caring.

Part time
administrative assistant Jennifer
Eaton works with us on Friday's 9:30-3:30
pm. She can assist you with scheduling
appointments for Rich, Gabriela and Matt,
and answering questions regarding your
payments. She relocated to Deerfield with
her husband and two children from Dayton,
Ohio.
Jenn has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social
Work. Her social work
career has primarily focused on working with persons
with developmental disabilities. While her husband
attends Trinity Evangelical Divinity School,
Jennifer divides her time between her roles as a
wife and mom, coordinator of Trinity’s Mom’s
Ministry, and CLE’s administrative assistant. She
is also involved in various ministries at North
Suburban Evangelical Free Church.
